When will the Pope, the Vicar of Christ, with an infallible proclamation teach what Jesus in the Gospels infallibly taught in the Gospels, namely, that His followers in the Catholic Church are morally forbidden to participate in the required daily evil activities of war as Baptized Catholic boots on the ground, as Baptized Catholic brains in the back rooms in war planning think tanks and as designers and manufacturers of weapons of homicidal violence? This is the only power the Pope or Church has to stop the evil of war in the human condition. Otherwise, the Pope is just another celebrity head of state (the Vatican State) mouthing hackneyed platitudes that have been heard ad nauseum over the millennia regarding how to overcome violence, war and evil. The day that the Pope permanently removes the Catholic Church and its communicants from any possible participation in any and all of the evils required for war is the day that the Pope and the Catholic Church will make a history altering, humanity saving choice for the temporal well-being of all people and the eternal salvation of all souls.
