FAST FOOD AD 2025: Ninth Helping

Christlike Nonviolent Love of friends and enemies is either the will of God or it is sheer folly, not worth an ounce of credibility or a speck of plausibility from a human perspective. But, if it is the will of God, it is then totally credible because nothing is more practical in heaven or on earth than doing the will of God. In fact, the will of God is the only practical way of overcoming evil and death, of bringing authentic peace to a person, to a community or to a world. And how do we Christians, Jews and human beings know what the will of God is or what God is? “The Father and I are one,”  teaches the Messiah of Judaism, Jesus. “He who sees me see the Father,” proclaims the Word of God “made flesh,” Jesus. Once Jesus and what He has to say are known, there is no human choice except to believe Jesus, or not, and to act in conformity with the will of God and God as Jesus reveals them, or not. If the Nonviolent Jesus of the Gospels by His words and deeds, even  unto His murder on the Cross, is not revealing to all human beings the Good News that God is love and that God’s will for human beings is that they are to love as He is showing them by His words and deeds how to love, what is He doing on earth or on the Cross?
