FAST FOR THE TRUTH OF

GOSPEL NONVIOLENCE

When the institutional Church at approximately the time of Constantine adopts the contagious spiritual psychopathology of using the power of homicidal violence as its default position, it simultaneously stops relying on and therefore stops learning how to implement the invisible power that resulted in the Resurrection of Jesus. It stops relying on and stops employing the power within the deed of Nonviolent Christlike Love of all as its default position. Once the institutional Church and its members stop relying on the invisible power from which the  Resurrection erupted, they begin to lose the experience that this invisible power even exists. Today, this is the state of the institutional Church in which most Christians live, that even those who say they have deep religious experiences of and/or faith in Jesus, still cannot translate that experience or that faith into deeds of rejecting the protection of violence as Jesus did and exclusively relying on the power  on which Jesus relies as His  response towards His murderers at His crucifixion—and the use of which resulted in Resurrection.

Unless of course, one believes that Jesus would have risen from the dead even if He went to His death punching, kicking, strangling, stabbing, decapitating, disemboweling, mutilating and killing in self-defense against those who were trying to murder Him! Perhaps, this is something to which all just warist Christians, clergy and laity, should give more than a little thought.
