War has its place, and its place is in hell. Raising hell on earth is what war is. War is hell brought to earth literally by hell raisers. It does not just appear on earth out of nowhere. It requires its human agents to give hell a flesh and blood presence on earth. Its mind breaking terror, Its horror, its murderous violence, its ceaseless deceptions, its non-stop suffering, its mercilessness and its brutality need human beings in the service of the powers of hell to bring any of these energies of hell onto the face of the earth. As innumerable participants in war have testified, “War is hell.”
Once a boy or girl, man or woman, goes into the hell of war that hell goes into him or her. They now have a lifelong haunting presence that cannot be exorcised from their brain. A person does not engage in the hellish activity of blowing a baby’s head off, whether it be from a distance of three feet or thirty thousand feet, and not intuitively know that he or she has served and done the work of the “evil one” Jesus calls, “the Father of lies who was a murderer from the beginning.”
There Is no such thing as a morality taught by Jesus or a morality endorsed by Jesus that teaches that under the auspices of God’s will or approval it is right to bring hell and its energy of evils into the human condition. Even suggesting that the All Holy authorizes anyone to authorize in the name of the Holy One the use of the powers of hell to do something good on earth is spiritual insanity. Any Christian Theology of the holy war, of holy hell raising, of justified war, of justified hell raising in order to do good is intrinsically and essentially impossible. The Way of life, which Jesus proclaims by His life, cannot be fostered, advanced or protected in the least by any kind of war or by any other actualization of hell on earth.
