Constantinian Christianity is the worldwide norm and the worldwide untruth about what it means to faithfully follow Jesus. Constantinian Christianity is a worldwide scourge and a Church-wide blight. Here is a recent email from a parent in England:

“Last week (w/c 2 July 2012), the Combined Cadet Force (CCF)** came to my son’s school (a Catholic Christian school) for a “taster day.” Fortunately, he did not pass because he laughed during the sessions as one of the officers was shouting in front of him to possibly see how serious he would remain. (Mind you, one of the processes when joining the military is to ceaselessly bully you into cowardice, so that you are afraid to laugh even at the absurd and, will participate in doing the absurd with rigid seriousness if order to by a bullying officer.)

My son’s response to my wife on why he laughed: ‘I guess I am too happy to be in the military.’

During a discussion with my son, who is 13 years old, I asked him some questions:
Daddy: If you want to learn and have a taste of what it is like to be a doctor, where should you go?
Son: To a hospital
Daddy: If you want to learn and have a taste of what it is like to be a builder, where should you go?
Son: To a building site
Daddy: If you want to learn and have a taste of what it is like to be a soldier, where do you go?
Son: mmmm haha…to a war zone. But, that would mean that people would not join the military because of what they would see that takes place there.
Daddy: Yes, they would not join and that is why they use instead military video games to make the military attractive. Then the military gets the approval and support of Christian schools, priests, pastors and parents for their children to join something and to do things that no one is willing to show people before they join.”

[**The Combined Cadet Force (CCF) is a Ministry of Defence sponsored youth organisation in the United Kingdom. Its aim is to “provide a disciplined organization in a school so that pupils may develop powers of leadership by means of training to promote the qualities of responsibility, self reliance, resourcefulness, endurance and perseverance”. It is supposedly not a pre-service or military recruiting organization, although it acknowledges that one of its objectives is “to encourage those who have an interest in the services to become Officers of the Regular or Reserve Forces”, and that a significant number of officers have indeed come from the CCF.]
